Leadership with different roles
Talia Schuss, OTR/L, founded Latitude and leads the organization. Sam Fernandes provides regional clinic leadership. Elizabeth Huxel, MA, BCBA, LBA, directs in-home clinical services. Lily Alzaben supports the executive team and leads human resources.
Clinical support, explained
A BCBA assesses needs, plans treatment and supervises care. RBTs work directly with children on their individual plans. When you contact intake, ask who will oversee care at your preferred center and how you can speak with that team.
How our clinicians are trained
Every Latitude BCBA holds an active BCBA certification and a Missouri LBA license. Analysts train weekly with their clinical directors, and the whole team has free access to continuing education. That is how new research reaches your child's sessions.

Our team brings a wide range of clinical experience, training and expertise to every child and family we serve. Our clinicians have worked with a variety of ages, skill levels and service settings, and are trained in evidence-based interventions that target meaningful behavior change and new skills.
