Working with your provider
Latitude's partnership includes pediatricians, psychologists and psychiatrists. After a referral and assessment, Latitude shares a report with the referring provider. That provider reviews the information and determines whether diagnostic criteria are met.
Before you arrange an assessment
Ask the team about referral requirements, costs, insurance and current report timing. The referring provider remains involved in discussing conclusions with the family.
