Brooke McClung comes to Latitude Therapy leveraging nearly 18 years in the healthcare industry having had success in various roles and responsibilities throughout her tenure. She has a proven success with nationally known healthcare organizations in workflow implementation and development, process improvement, project management, and training and development. Brooke spent 13 years with Ascension Health where she held several key roles that aided in her strong background of leadership and development skills. She started her career as a new hire orientation trainer for new hires during their onboarding process including physicians, clinical, and administrative staff. This included training new hires in onboarding on several key components as customer service, insurance, medical/billing coding, and EMR systems. After serving as a new hire trainer, Brooke took on the role of a Physician Liaison. Overseeing the whole northwest territory of Indiana which included 35-40 physician offices throughout the state, her primary responsibility was workflow development and implementation, EMR implementation for new offices, reporting and data analytics, and ongoing training of staff. Before transitioning over in the ABA sector of healthcare, she held the role of Executive Project Manager for two vital programs: Executive Health Medicine and Employer-Based health clinics. She was the primary contact and project leader for executives across the country and their contracts. This also included the opening and ongoing workflow of school and employer-based clinics in Indiana. Brooke began working in ABA in March of 2020 where she held the title of Clinical Account Manager for LitterStar ABA Therapy. Her main responsibilities included new and ongoing relationships with physician and referring provider sources throughout the state of Indiana and Kentucky. She went on to hold the role of Director of Operations in which she was responsible for maintaining new and ongoing relationships with referral sources, workflow implementation, family onboarding process, and reporting/tracking of key metrics and outcomes for the organization. In April 2023, Brooke took on the role of Vice President, Business Development at UNIFI Autism Care. Brooke focused on physician and referral base relationships, as well as community outreach with fellow healthcare partners & systems. She also oversaw and managed the family and patient journey as they navigated through their healthcare and enrollment process. In addition, she was pivotal in market research strategies and operational launch of new markets. In collaboration with the Chief Growth Officer, Brooke developed and executed key metrics and reporting for UNIFI to identify trends, forecasting, and overall health of the organization. Now, as the Chief Operation Officer of Latitude Therapy, Brooke will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing organizational processes, and driving strategic growth initiatives. In this role, she will focus on ensuring exceptional service delivery in ABA therapy while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. With a deep commitment to empowering teams and supporting meaningful outcomes for our clients, Brooke is dedicated to advancing Latitude Therapy’s mission to create lasting positive change. Brooke holds a degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a degree in Health and Human Services with a minor in Psychology from Marian University. She lives in Indiana with her husband Jesse, daughter Paige, and puppy Max.
